Reborn Again and Again: From Girlhood to Womanhood | A brand for women and girls

As women, we are first born and raised by a woman (and in some cases, raised only by a woman, and in other cases raised by both men and women) — I know, but follow me here — we are talking about the impact that women have on other girls, who then later become women. She shaped how we see the world, how we process emotion, think, act, and our patterns. As we grow, we take that foundation, go out into the world, and aim to make something of ourselves with the tools given to us. Over time, we notice that some of those tools are rusty, old, and outdated. Some are perfect and we are grateful we were given them. Others are completely wrong, never to be used again. So, we start over again — once again reborn — and we do this over and over throughout life, if we are smart. Some of us go on to give birth to or adopt more girls, creating more beauty in the world, but the goal is to make everything about ourselves better than the day before — including the little girl you are raising now — so we better get serious about our minds, our impact, and what we consume.

 Although this is a girls-only brand, from one mom, aunt, and mentor to another, I must say this part applies to raising sons too. BE INTENTIONAL. INSPIRE them, empower them, and make them better than you while continuing to make yourself better every day.
